SENATE BILL NO. 567 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Appropriations on March 9, 1998) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Colgan) A BILL to repeal the first enactment of Chapter 710 of the 1990 Acts of Assembly, relating to the Commonwealth of Virginia Transportation Contract Bond Act of 1990.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the first enactment of Chapter 710 of the 1990 Acts of Assembly is repealed.
