Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.01 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.01. Special license plates for persons once declared missing in action.

On receipt of an application therefor and written evidence from one of the armed forces that the applicant was once declared missing in action, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to the person once declared missing in action.
