Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Interstate Route 264 and Virginia Route 44 in the Cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach are hereby designated the "Pearl Harbor Memorial Highway." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating this. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to either of these highways or any portions of them.
