§ 8. No person, in conjunction with the proposed sale of electric generation, distribution or other related services during and after the transition to retail competition, shall initiate any telephone solicitation to a residential telephone subscriber within this Commonwealth between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. (local time at the telephone subscriber's location).
