SUMMARY:

Study; funding mechanisms and creative approaches to meet the infrastructure needs of rapidly growing localities. Directs the Commission on State and Local Government Responsibility and Taxing Authority to study ways to meet the infrastructure needs of rapidly growing localities. The Commission shall assess the infrastructure needs that exist in rapidly growing localities and make recommendations on funding mechanisms.
