Virginia's Racing Region. Designates the Counties of Halifax, Henry, Patrick, and Pittsylvania, the Cities of Danville and Martinsville, and the Towns of South Boston and Stuart as Virginia's Racing Region, in support of a regional effort to increase tourism through promoting automobile racing.
