SUMMARY:
Limitations on AFDC benefits to parolees and probationers. Upon such notification, the local department of social services shall pay the AFDC benefits to a third party for the benefit of the assistance unit for twelve months. The parolee or probationer shall be ineligible for AFDC financial assistance for a period of one year and may be reinstated as payee of benefits at the end of the year.
