SUMMARY:

Regattas. Removes the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries' authority to issue permits and charge fees for the holding of regattas, motorboat or other races, marine parades, tournaments, or exhibitions occurring on state waters. This change would allow individuals or clubs to hold such aquatic events without having to obtain a permit.
