SUMMARY:
Crimes; trespass on church or school property. Clarifies that trespass on church after having been advised not to do so either orally, in writing or by posted sign is punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor. The statute now corresponds to the trespass on school property provisions. Currently, trespass on church property at night remains a Class 3 misdemeanor.
