SUMMARY:
Shared custody. Provides that for purposes of applying the shared custody rules to determinations of whether to reduce the child support otherwise due under the guidelines, the shared custody rules apply whenever each parent has physical custody or visitation for more than 110 days. The bill defines "day" as a majority of a 24-hour period commencing with the beginning of visitation and ending with a transfer of the child to the other parent.
