SUMMARY:
Immunity; sports activities. Grants immunity to nonprofit entities (corporations and homeowners' associations) which conduct sports activities and to their uncompensated volunteers and sponsors. The immunity does not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful or malicious misconduct, knowing violations of the criminal law or motor vehicle accidents.
