SUMMARY:

Inspection of ratites and ratite products. Prohibits the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from charging ratite producers an hourly inspection rate that exceeds 50 percent of the actual costs to the Department of performing the inspection service. "Ratites" include ostriches and emus.
