SUMMARY:

Study; protection of sensitive lands. Requests the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Department, to undertake and coordinate utilization of certain programs to seek federal funds in support of efforts to protect riparian forest buffers, wetlands, and other voluntary conservation measures on agricultural land.
