SUMMARY:
Study; educational needs of homeless children. Directs the Virginia Commission on Youth to continue the study on homeless children in the Commonwealth and to focus its examination specifically on the educational needs of these children. This study continues the work begun by the Commission on Youth and the Virginia Housing Study Commission in 1996.
