SUMMARY:
Charitable Gaming Commission; audit fee. Caps the audit fee charged by the Charitable Gaming Commission at two percent of net receipts. The bill defines net receipts as gross receipts less all prizes paid to players of charitable gaming. Currently, the audit fee is based on gross receipts. The bill also contains a technical amendment.
