HB 2551 Admissions tax; baseball stadiums.

SUMMARY:

Admission charges; baseball stadiums. Provides that any county with a major league baseball stadium which has seating for at least 40,000 persons may levy an admissions tax not exceeding 10 percent, and a surcharge not exceeding two percent, on the charge for admissions at each stadium.
