SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; regulations of the Board. Prohibits the ABC Board from limiting the number of events held in a calendar year on premises owned by licensed clubs located in a city with a population of not less than 203,000 nor more than 204,000 (Richmond) which are tax-exempt under § 501 (c) (19) of the IRS Code (veterans' organizations) and which lease such premises to other organizations or associations, and such organizations or associations obtain a banquet or banquet special events license from the ABC Board.
