SUMMARY:

Leases, sales, and granting of easements by VDOT to telecommunications companies. Requires VDOT to credit to county six-year highway improvement plans any amounts received by VDOT for granting right-of-way easements to telecommunications companies in the county. The bill does not apply to Arlington or Henrico County.
