SUMMARY:
Conflict of Interests Acts; disclosure forms. Broadens disclosure requirements for gifts by deleting an exemption for gifts from personal friends. The disclosure requirement will apply to gifts with a value of more than $200 from personal friends as well as other sources. Gifts from relatives (defined fairly broadly) continue to be exempt from disclosure regardless of value.
