SUMMARY:
Freedom of Information Act; exemptions. Removes the time limitation on the exemption for engineering and construction drawings and plans submitted for the purpose of obtaining a building permit, which plans identify specific trade secrets or other information which, if disclosed, would be harmful to the competitive position of the owner. Currently, such plans are exempt until the building is completed.
