SUMMARY:

Drug Control Act. Revises the definition of "practitioner" in the Drug Control Act to include pharmacists. This definition refers to those professionals who may distribute, dispense, etc., controlled substances. Since pharmacists are the professionals primarily responsible for and authorized to dispense drugs, they are appropriately added to this definition.
