SUMMARY:
Definition of "law-enforcement officer." Adds personnel who are full-time or part-time employees of a fire marshal's office which is a part of or administered by the Commonwealth or any political subdivision thereof and who are responsible for the prevention and detection of crime and the enforcement of the penal, traffic or highway laws of this Commonwealth to the definition of "law-enforcement officer."
