SUMMARY:
Controlled substances. Revises Schedule I of the Drug Control Act to conform with the federal schedules regarding the designer drug known as "ecstasy." Currently, one form of this drug is already listed in Schedule I in Virginia; this bill adds another form and moves the presently listed drug from subdivision 5 to subdivision 3--the position on the federal schedule.
