HB 1873 Stalking.

SUMMARY:

Stalking. Raises penalties for stalking by one level. For instance, a first offense of stalking becomes a Class 1 misdemeanor instead of a Class 2. The bill also creates a first offense felony if the offender carries a weapon during the offense.
