SUMMARY:

Law-enforcement records; juveniles. Clarifies the authority of law-enforcement agencies to release identifying information on juveniles previously tried and convicted as adults. The bill also clarifies when arrest information may be released on juveniles whose cases are transferred for trial as adults in the circuit court.
