CHAPTER 4 An Act to repeal Paragraph M of Item 528 of Chapter 912 of the 1996 Acts of Assembly, relating to the state employee payroll system. [H 1804] Approved January 22, 1997

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Paragraph M of Item 528 of Chapter 912 of the 1996 Acts of Assembly is repealed.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is effective retroactive to January 1, 1997.
