SUMMARY:

Study; Comprehensive Services Act. Establishes a joint legislative subcommittee to study the successes and difficulties experienced by local governing bodies and management teams in implementing the Act, to review the status of implementation of recommendations of an earlier study of the Act (HJR 56, 1994) and to recommend additional measures to improve the Act and its implementation.
