SUMMARY:

Juveniles; payment for private residential placement. Allows the Department of Youth and Family Services to pay directly for the cost of private residential placement for juveniles if such funds are appropriated to the Department. Currently, placement is paid for through the state pool of funds under the Comprehensive Services Act.
