SUMMARY:
Fees; courthouse maintenance; law libraries. Eliminates the four-dollar limitation on the combined costs which can be assessed for local courthouse maintenance and law libraries. Currently, up to two dollars may be charged for courthouse maintenance and up to four dollars may be charged for the local law libraries.
