SUMMARY:
Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; RFS contractors. Eliminates the licensure requirements for roofing, flooring, and siding (RFS) contractors. As a result, the practice of this occupation will be deregulated. The bill also changes the composition of the Virginia Board for Asbestos Licensing and Lead Certification by replacing the RFS contractor with an additional citizen member. The bill contains technical amendments.
