SUMMARY:
Freedom of information; exempting certain public meetings from definition of meeting. Exempts certain public meetings from the definition of "meeting" under the Freedom of Information Act so that it is clear that two or more incumbent members of a public body can appear and participate in such public meeting without violating the Act, provided no public business is discussed or transacted.
