SUMMARY:

HOV lanes. Extends for an additional two years (until July 1, 1999) the period during which HOV lanes may be used by motor vehicles bearing clean special fuel vehicle license plates, regardless of the number of vehicle occupants. This is a duplicate of HB 585.
