SUMMARY:
Use of games, lotteries, etc., for promoting sale of certain products. Specifies that no person who owns or is employed in a retail store shall use an "instant ticket" game or contest for promoting or furthering the sale of any product without first obtaining a license from the Director of the State Lottery Department to do so. This bill contains an emergency clause.
