SUMMARY:

Housing; VHDA. Authorizes VHDA to exercise its powers to develop an economically mixed project or proposed development located within a locally designated conservation, rehabilitation, redevelopment or housing rehabilitation district. The bill also grants to all localities the authority to designate a housing rehabilitation district. Currently, such authority is limited to the City of Portsmouth.
