SUMMARY:

Motor Vehicle Manufacturers' Warranty Adjustment Act. Provides that it is not a violation of the Act if a manufacturer within 30 days after the conclusion of the notice period (under § 59.1-207.35) repairs or causes to be repaired a consumer's motor vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of an adjustment program.
