SUMMARY:
Freedom of Information Act; exemptions relating to University of Virginia Medical Center. Exempts from FOIA all records of the University of Virginia and its Medical Center containing certain information pertaining to the Medical Center. The bill also authorizes the Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia to hold closed meetings to discuss such information.
