HB 673 Ignition interlock (DUI).
Introduced by: James F. Almand | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Ignition interlock (DUI). Provides that an ignition interlock device may be required in addition to any other purposes for which a restricted license may be issued. The bill also redefines "rolling retest" so that a driver must give the interlock device a sample of his breath at purely random intervals instead of the current intervals of two to ten minutes.
