SUMMARY:
Tax credit for employers providing day-care facilities near the work site. Provides a two-year tax credit for employers who provide day-care facilities near the work site for children or dependants of Virginia employees, regardless of whether a fee is charged for such services. The amount of the credit is $300 per enrolled child in the first year the credit is claimed; in the second year, the credit is $100 per enrolled child.
