SUMMARY:

Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act; determination of payments. Requires the Commonwealth to provide additional financial payments (50% of calculated costs determined by formula), over and above the current calculations in the Act and the budget bill, to incorporate services for (i) community diversion and (ii) juveniles adjudicated delinquent for the first time.
