SUMMARY:
Nursing; exemption from licensure. Allows a nurse who has equivalent credentials from a foreign country to participate in clinical practice while in an advanced professional nursing program, but only to the limits of the required curriculum. Currently, there are similar exemptions for physicians and dentists, but nurses must be licensed before participating in the clinical portions of educational programs.
