SUMMARY:
Erosion and sediment control. Allows localities and soil and water conservation districts west of the Blue Ridge to exempt disturbed areas of land of less than 20,000 square feet from their erosion and sediment control ordinances. Currently, the exemption applies statewide to any land disturbing activity of less than 10,000 square feet.
