SUMMARY:
Limited liability companies; formation. Amends the definition of "entity" in § 13.1-603 (of the Stock Corporation Act, which is referenced in the Limited Liability Company (LLC) Act's definition of "person") to include LLCs. The bill clarifies that two or more LLCs may join to form an LLC.
