SUMMARY:
Income tax credit for purchase of machinery and equipment for processing recyclable materials. Provides for a ten-year carryover (rather than five years) of the tax credit; eliminates the requirement that the equipment be purchased by July 1, 1996, and extends the sunset date from January 1, 1997, to January 1, 2001.
