1996 SESSION
HB 22 Manufactured housing in agricultural zones.
Introduced by: John J. Davies III (by request) | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Manufactured housing in agricultural zones. Restores language deleted during the 1995 Session by adding a 19-foot width threshold to the section which requires uniform regulations for manufactured housing. This will have the effect of allowing localities to enact different standards for "single-wide" manufactured housing as compared to site-built or "double-wide" manufactured housing.
