SUMMARY:

Chesapeake Bay Partnership Council. Allows the Chairman of the Chesapeake Bay Commission Virginia delegation to select an alternate member from among legislative members of the delegation to serve in his place on the Council. The bill also clarifies that one citizen member shall be a locally elected official.
