Medicaid Prescription Drug Advisory Committee. Increases the membership of the Medicaid Prescription Drug Advisory Committee by one, i.e., a consumer of mental health services. The Board will consider nominations by the Psychiatric Society of Virginia, the Virginia Alliance for the Mentally Ill, and the Virginia Mental Health Consumers Association.
