SUMMARY:

Shooting from a road; transportation of loaded rifles or shotguns. Increases the penalty for shooting in or along any road from a Class 4 to a Class 1 misdemeanor and makes the operator of a vehicle involved in an incident subject to prosecution. The bill also increases the penalty for transporting a loaded rifle or shotgun from a fine of not more than $100 to a Class 1 misdemeanor.
