SUMMARY:

Banking and finance; subordinate mortgage loans. Details the distribution of loan-related fees subordinate mortgage lenders may charge loan customers. The current statutory limit of five percent of the loan's principal that may be charged to the borrower as a loan fee is not changed by the bill, but the bill provides that the fee may be distributed as agreed between the lender and broker.
