SUMMARY:
Virginia Port Authority. Exempts the Virginia Port Authority from the Virginia Personnel Act and the Virginia Public Procurement Act. The Authority is authorized to hire agents, advisers, and consultants, and to determine their duties and compensation without the approval of any other agency or instrumentality.
