SUMMARY:

Income tax credit for agricultural best management practices. Establishes an income tax credit for agricultural best management practices approved by the local Soil and Water Conservation Board. The maximum credit for a taxpayer is $17,500. The tax credit is available for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 1998.
